Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350°f and prep your baking dish for nonstick.
Base. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the brown sugar, caramel sauce, and ¼ cup of the cooled melted butter to the bowl and use a whisk to combine the ingredients.
Pecans. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to gently fold in the pecan halves.Then evenly spread the ingredients into the prepared baking dish.
Topping. Use a whisk to break up any lumps in the cake mix and then evenly sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish. Lastly, pour the remaining melted butter of the dry cake mix.
Bake. Bake the cobbler for 25-30 minutes or until the top begins to turn golden brown.
Serve. Serve your pecan pie cobbler with a scoop of ice cream or whipped topping.
