Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cereals and the nuts. Then toss in half of the chocolate candies.
Next, in a microwave safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate with the oil until smooth, stopping to stir every 15 seconds.
Once the white chocolate has fully melted, carefully drizzle half of it over the ingredients in the bowl. Toss the ingredients and then add the remaining melted chocolate and toss the ingredients again.
Evenly spread the coated mix over the rimmed baking sheets. Top the ingredients with the remaining candies, sprinkles, and/or additional ingredients as desired.
Allow the ingredients to fully set (this can take up to an hour depending on the humidity in your home and how thick the melted chocolate is).
Lastly, once the mix has fully set, use your hands to break the mix into pieces that are easy to eat by hand.
