Heaven on Earth Cake Dessert, a delicious and simple dessert recipe featuring blueberries with layers of pudding and angel food cake.

- 1 box Instant Pudding
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Angel Food Cake
- 21 oz Blueberry Pie Filling
- 8 oz Whipped Topping in a Tub
Plus optional topping such as almond slivers.
Instructions
- Prepare your workstation as needed. Also, cut the angel food cake into one inch cubes.
- Evenly place half of the cubes of cake on the bottom of the baking dish. Spread or spoon about ⅔rds of the pie filling over the cake cubes. Place the remaining cake cubes over the pie filling.
- In a mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine together the dry pudding mix, milk, and yogurt (or sour cream). Use a large spoon to evenly distribute the ingredients from the mixing bowl over the cake cube layer that you just placed over the pie filling.
- Layer the tubbed whipped topping over the wet ingredients. Using a spoon to place dollops of whipped topping and then spreading them out using a rubber spatula can work with this step.
- Lastly, add the remaining pie filling over the whipped topping. Again, dollops can work with this step as well.
- Place the dessert, uncovered, in your refrigerator to set. It should take at least four hours to set and for the cake to absorb enough of the other ingredients to make this dessert work. Right before serving, you can add you toppings to the dessert.
