Start by making base layer by placing the first layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the dish.
On top of the bottom layer of ice cream sandwiches, use a rubber spatula or cake spreader to evenly spread a cup (half of a regular sized tub of whipped topping) over the sandwiches.
Next, evenly spread a layer of the fudge topping on top of the whipped topping. Then pour a light layer of the caramel topping over the fudge. Top the cake with the remaining sandwiches and repeat the layers from the two steps. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients (toffee, chocolate chips, and sprinkles) over the top layer of the cake. Cover the cake well using aluminum foil. The freeze for at least two hours or preferably overnight to set.
