Crust. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your pie pan for nonstick. In a food processor or good blender, combine together the graham cracker crumbs and pulse until combined. Then press the the ingredients into your prepared pie pan and bake for eight minutes. Allow the crust to fully cool before adding the filling.
Eggnog. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together your pudding mix, eggnog, and Bailey's.
Cream Cheese. Beat together your cream cheese, sugar, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Then scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the ingredients from the last step (eggnog etc) to the bowl and mix on low until incorporated.
Whipped Topping. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the whipped topping.
Finish. Transfer the ingredients to your cooled pie crust. You can use the backside of the rubber spatula or a spoon to evenly spread out the ingredients. Then refrigerate the the pie until fully set before serving (about six to eight hours).
