    • Graham Cracker Crumbs. Cinnamon graham crackers were used in making my cheesecake for a festive accent.
    • Butter. Your butter should be melted.

    Cheesecake.

    • Cream Cheese. Your cream cheese should be softened to room temperature for optimal blending.
    • Confectioners Sugar You can use a whisk to break up any lumps.
    • Ground Nutmeg Adds a festive accent to this cheesecake.
    • Cheesecake Flavored Pudding Mix Use "instant" pudding as this is a no-bake recipe.
    • Eggnog. Basic eggnog that you find in the dairy section works fine.
    • Bailey’s Irish cream . This is what makes this cheesecake so special.
    • Whipped Topping. Such as Cool Whip. This should be thawed.

    Tips for making the best eggnog cheesecake.

    My crust was made with cinnamon flavored graham crackers. You can alternatively use regular or another flavor of graham cracker or cookies such as gingersnap cookies.

    More helpful tips for you.

    1. Make sure that you are using a full-fat cream cheese. A full-fat cream cheese offers the lush texture that is expected from a cheesecake.
    2. Regular cheesecake instant pudding was used to make my cheesecake. You can try another instant pudding such as chocolate instant pudding instead.
    3. For a more festive presentation, you can add holiday sprinkles to your cheesecake.
    4. Don't want to make your own crust? You can us a store-bought one however, you may need two depending on the size of the crust.
    5. Not a fan of the booze? Try using an Irish Cream syrup. You may need to adjust the amount used for flavor.
    6. Serve this cheesecake with a bit of Bailey's for additional enjoyment!
    7. I almost always double no bake cheesecakes so that I can freeze one away for later 🙂 .

    How to make No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake

    Prep Time: 10 Minutes .
    Bake Time 8 Minutes (crust) .
    Servings: 8 .

    1. Crust. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your pie pan for nonstick. In a food processor or good blender, combine together the graham cracker crumbs and pulse until combined. Then press the the ingredients into your prepared pie pan and bake for eight minutes. Allow the crust to fully cool before adding the filling.
    2. Eggnog. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together your pudding mix, eggnog, and Bailey's.
    3. Cream Cheese. Beat together your cream cheese, sugar, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Then scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the ingredients from the last step (eggnog etc) to the bowl and mix on low until incorporated.
    4. Whipped Topping. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the whipped topping.
    5. Finish. Transfer the ingredients to your cooled pie crust. You can use the backside of the rubber spatula or a spoon to evenly spread out the ingredients. Then refrigerate the the pie until fully set before serving (about six to eight hours).

    Expert Tip👉 To crush your graham crackers, simpy place them into your food processor and pulse until they become crumbs. Then you can simply add the melted butter and continue.

    How to store Bailey's Eggnog Cheesecake.

    No bake cheesecake can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, no bake cheesecake should keep for about three days when refrigerated or up to a few months when frozen. To defrost your frozen cheesecake you can refrigerate it overnight before serving.
