Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 400f and prep your baking dish for nonstick.
  • Crust. Unroll the pie crust and cut it so that it can fit into the bottom of the baking dish. I like to place the dish on top of the dough and trace it with a knife or wheel cutter. Press the crust into the bottom of the baking dish and then use a fork to poke holes in the crust a few times (this helps the air escape while baking). Bake the crust until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  • Heat. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together the corn syrup, brown sugar, evaporated milk, white chocolate chips, and maple syrup, stirring or whisking constantly, until melted together. Then remove the mixture from the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
  • Transfer. Carefully transfer the heated mixture to your prepared baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Then top the mixture with your pecans.
  • Set. Let the fudge cool to room temperature and then place it into your refrigerator to fully set. Once the fudge has fully set you can cut it into squares and serve.
