Spicy Cheddar Ranch Dip
Spicy Cheddar Ranch Dip, a simple 10 minute creamy and savory appetizer recipe made with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese -softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning - packet can be used.
- 1 tsp Chili Powder - or as desired.
- 1½ cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded or grated.
- 1 Green Onion - chopped.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Then beat in the ranch seasoning and the chili powder (or cayenne pepper or hot sauce) , making adjustments as desired.
- Use a rubber spatula or similar utensil to fold in the cheese. Then transfer the ingredients to a serving bowl or similar bowl.
- Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least an hour for the ingredients to set.
- Before serving the dip, you can top the dip with the green onions.
