- Lime Juice- 2 ounces. That is about four tablespoons or about a quarter of a cup.
- Tequila- 3 ounces. This is about six tablespoons or a bit over ⅓ cup.
- Cointreau- 2 ounces. Again, about a quarter of a cup.
- Ice- as needed.
How to make this mango margarita recipe.
- If your mango is not cut up, you can cut it into cubes or chunks. Unfrozen mango will need to be frozen for this recipe. Line a rimmed baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and place the mango chunks on the parchment paper so that they do not touch one another. Freeze for about three to four hours or until frozen.
- In a blender, place the ice, frozen mango, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau. Blend until you reach your desired texture. Feel free to add additional ice as needed.
How to make a virgin mango margarita.
You can still have the great taste of a mango margarita but, without the boozy effects.
