- Strawberry Frosting- 1 (12 ounce) Container.
- White Chocolate Chips- 1 ½ cups.
- Sprinkles- about 3 tablespoons.
- Circus Cookies- 1 cup broken into chunks.
How to make 4 Ingredient Pink Circus Fudge
Step One- prepare the baking dish.
Line a square baking dish with parchment paper that overhangs the edges.
Grease or spray the parchment paper that inside of the baking dish.
Step Two- prepare the fudge.
Use a fork to give the frosting a quick stir.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips on high. Stop the microwave every 20 seconds to stir the melting chips. It should take between a minute and a minute and a half total to melt the chocolate.
Next, add the frosting to the melted white chips and mix until smooth. Then fold in a tablespoon of the sprinkles and all of the cookie pieces. Press the mixture into the prepped baking dish, smoothing it out as needed. Top with the sprinkles that are remaining and transfer to the refrigerator.
Step Three- cut and serve.
After that fudge has hardened, remove it from the refrigerator. Allow it to sit on the counter for five minutes before lifting it from the baking dish using the overhanging parchment paper. Lastly, slice the fudge into squares. Leftovers should be covered and refrigerated.
