    2. Sprinkle about a half tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each of the foil sheets. Then place a handful of the tortilla chips on top of the cheese. The chips should be in mound and about an inch away from the edges of the foil.
    3. Layer the chicken and the remaining cheese over the chips.
    4. To close the foil to make the packet, bring up the corners of the foil so that the two corners on the left side of the foil meet and the two corners on the right side meet. Pinch the corners together and then seal the sides of the foil to make the packet.
