People ask what are fudge pops made of.
To be honest, these pops are merely fudge flavored.
There really is no added fudge in these popsicles.

The chocolaty flavor in these fudge pops comes from the unsweetened cocoa that is added.
There is also a bit of sweetener and extract to make these pops even tastier.

- This recipe calls for sugar to be used as a sweetener. You can use a sugar alternative that measures like sugar instead. If you use an alternative that does not measure like sugar, simply adjust the amount that you use.
- I have added vanilla extract to this recipe to help with the flavor balance. But, you can use another extract such as banana extract if you would rather do so.
- Add some chocolate chips to these pops to make them even more fun. Or, you can add nuts or even coconut for flavor.

People ask what the best way is to get the popsicles out of the molds.
I like the popsicles that simply pop out when you are ready to eat them.
However, things do not always go the way we envision them to go.
Here is how to get the popsicles out of the molds if they do not pop out for you.
Use a shallow but large baking dish or rimmed platter. Simply fill the baking dish or platter with warm water so that it covers the molds have way up. Allow the molds to set in there for 30 to 45 minutes. Then attempt to pop them out again.
