More tips for you
- Use a rimmed baking sheet that can fit easily into your refrigerator as a holding area for your turkey cookies. This will make it easier to transfer the cookies as needed.
- Cookies that are at room temperature work best when putting your turkeys together. If your cookies have been refrigerated or the chocolate coating is soft, allow the cookies to get to room temperature first for best results.
- Once these cookies are set, they can be stored in an airtight container. I suggest that they be stored alternating the cookies so that the top of one cookie is surrounded by the bottoms of the two cookies on its side. This will help to keep the candy corn attached and also fit the cookies into the container better.
