- Cilantro Chopped
- Lime Juice Red wine vinegar can alternatively be used.
- Italian Dressing. The dressing of your choice.

- Prep Time 5 minutes .
- Servings 12 .
- How to serve : Serve this as a side dish, as a dip, or as a topping on another dish such as grilled chicken.
- Notes: You will need a large bowl and two large spoons, such as wooden spoons, to make this recipe.
- Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes draining and rinsing the beans and peas and dicing the onion and pepper.
