You can use store bought butterscotch sauce or make your own. To make your own you will need heavy cream (⅓ cup), brown sugar (⅓ cup), Butter (3 tablespoons), and Vanilla Extract (½ teaspoon).

- Meanwhile, in a smaller bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and ¼ cup butterscotch syrup together until combined.
- Next, gently fold in half of the butterscotch mixture from the second bowl into the whipped cream from the mixing bowl.

Step Three: Finish making the ice cream.
- Pour half of the mixture from the last step into the prepared loaf pan.
