For the brown sugar use a brown sugar alternative such as Surkin Gold and for the white sugar alternative use a granular white sugar alternative such as Monk Fruit.

Step 2. Cover and cook on high for 2 ½ to three hours or on low or until the the apple butter is able to stick to a wooden spoon. You will need to stir occasionally while it cooks. The pumpkin butter can be cooked on low for up to eight hours or until it sticks to a spoon as well.
Step 3. Transfer to clean containers and refrigerate or freeze.
