Ingredients needed to make this breakfast recipe.

  • Baking mix that can be used for pancakes - 4 cups.
  • Eggs- 4, large at room temperature.
  • Milk- 2 cups. Whole milk preferred. Low carb followers can use an alternative such as coconut milk or oat milk.
  • Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.
  • Optional Mix ins or Toppings: sliced strawberries, chocolate chips, maple syrup, or blueberries. 1 cup or as desired.
  • Butter- 2 tablespoons melted for prep, additional as desired for serving.

How to make Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes

Step One: prepare.

Preheat the oven to 425.
Prepare a rimmed baking sheet for nonstick. The preferred way is to brush melted butter over it. However, you could use parchment that is also dusted with flour or sprayed for nonstick.

Step Two: mix the batter.

You can mix the batter by hand or use a blender. Obviously, a blender is easy.
Mix the pancake mix, eggs, and vanilla and mix in your blender or bowl until just blended.
Then allow the batter to sit for five minutes.

Step Three: bake and serve.

Transfer the blended ingredients to the prepared baking sheet. The mix should be evenly distributed.
Then add any desired toppings or add-in ingredients.
Bake your pancake for 18-20 minutes or until it begins to turn golden brown.
Lastly, allow your pancake to cool on the pan for a few minutes before cutting into squares.

However, you can top this with additional melted butter and syrup before serving.
