How to make Chocolate Slime Filled Halloween Cupcakes,

    Prep time: 10 mins
    Active Time: 8-10 mins

    Yield 18 cupcakes

    Step One: prepare

Bake or purchase 18 average sized chocolate cupcakes. Allow the cupcakes to fully cool.
Also, fit a piping bag with a tip 1M.

    Step Two: prepare the slime.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix with the cold milk until smooth. Add three drops of the green food coloring and whisk until fully incorporated, about two minutes. Allow this to rest for five minutes while you prepare the frosting.

    Step Three: prepare the frosting.

To prepare the frosting, first divide the frosting in half. Then add enough of the brown food coloring to dye half of the frosting brown. Once it is brown mix in a few drops of the black food dye.

Step Four: fill the cupcakes with slime.

    1. Using paring knife or similar utensil, carefully core out the center of each cupcake (from the top of the cupcake).
    2. Use a teaspoon to fill each of the cupcake cores with slime.
    3. Replace the cupcake that you removed to make the core, gently pressing it into place as needed. You probably will not use all of the cored pieces.

    Step five: frost the cupcakes.

Add the frosting made in step three to the piping bag and frosting the tops of the cupcakes to cover the replaced cores. Then decorate the cupcakes as desired with the sprinkles and edible eyes.
