- Prepare. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. You can give the parchment a quick spray with nonstick if desired. Also, pour your corn chips into a large heatproof bowl.
- Caramelize. To make the sauce, in a medium saucepan bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. When the ingredients begins to boil you can stir in the peanut butter and remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Toss. Carefully pour the warm ingredients over your corn chips and toss the ingredients until coated.
- Drop. Use a tablespoon or scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture on to your prepared baking sheet.
- Set. Allow the mixture to fully set- about 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
- Chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until melted. Then carefully drizzle ( you can use a spoon or fork to drizzle) this over your candy. You can add optional ingredients such as sprinkles at the time as well.
